Who we are

Optima:MSP is a hands-on managed services provider built for teams that can’t afford downtime. We combine responsive remote helpdesk with a distributed network of field engineers to keep your systems online and your people moving.

We support Windows and macOS fleets, servers, networks, printers, VoIP, and cloud apps. We’re comfortable in mixed environments and we speak “end-user” as well as we speak “infra.”

What we do

Core services include proactive monitoring, patching, backup, cybersecurity hardening, new-site buildouts, structured cabling, Wi-Fi design, and rapid break/fix. When you open a ticket, it’s routed to a real technician — not a script.
